Ocean Views. Nestled atop a gentle hill, stood a quaint and charming house. The front porch invited relaxation and contemplation under the vast open sky. Inside, the house was cozy and filled with warmth. Sunlight filtered through living-room, casting gentle patterns on the wooden floors. May 2016 brand new roofing, sheeting, shingles, eaves, and rain gutter were installed by professional roofer (Luis Gastelum). In August 2022 the outside of the house was newly painted by a professional painter. In March 2023 a new shower was installed by a contractor. In July 2023 the solar system was installed by Sunrun. This is a lease and is fully transferable to the new owner. (Cost is currently $79.77/month. Cost increases 3.5% each year in July. Payment via auto pay is on the 9th of the month). In March 2024 the walkway and white fencing was fully installed. Remember that the stove, frig, washer and dryer are the property of the current tenants. FYI: 1. The enclosed sunroom/screen room and the addition of the laundry in the sunroom were fully permitted by previous owners. 2. We purchased the property in 2002. 3. In 2005 I took out the broken plexiglass windows in the sunroom and replaced them with Energy efficient windows.
