About Amber Worsham

Amber is a Licensed Transaction Coordinator with over 16 years of real estate experience. She began her career in 2008 as a listing coordinator and assistant for a large team of realtors in Carmel Valley. During those six years, she learned every aspect of the real estate transaction process—from marketing listings and writing contracts to opening escrows and closing deals. Amber became an expert in real estate paperwork and disclosures, including REO, short sales, probate, and relocation transactions.

 

Amber founded Trinity Transactions to provide professional support to both buyers and sellers, but especially to realtors, helping to make their processes smoother and more efficient. She takes pride in ensuring all broker compliance requirements are met and that agents get paid on time, having completed over 1,000 transactions as a Transaction Coordinator. Her business has thrived entirely on referrals, and her commitment to thoroughness, integrity, and prompt service sets her apart.

 

Amber believes in teamwork—it takes realtors, lenders, and escrow officers working together to successfully close a transaction, and she is there to support all parties involved. She loves mentoring new agents and leveraging her experience to help navigate challenges that arise. Her intuition and attention to detail help her foresee potential issues, allowing her to keep transactions on track.
